The 32nd Hansan Ramie Fabric Cultural Festival to promote the value and excellence of Hansan mosi (ramie fabric), inscribed as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, will be held in the area of Hansan Mosi Center in Seocheon-gun, with the theme of “Wearing New Winds." Tourist attractions near Hansan Mosi Village include Sinseong-ri Reed Field, famous as a filming location for the Netflix series, "Kingdom," and TV drama, "The Slave Hunters." Cultural heritage sites include the birthplace and memorial hall of the independence activist Yi Sang-jae (City and Provincial Monument No. 84), Munheonseowon Confucian Academy housng the Sindobi memorial stone, gravesite, and enshrined portrait of Yi Saek (Cultural Heritage Material No. 125), and Geonjisanseong Fortress (Historic Site No. 60), where Baekje refugees fought their final battle.
